Asyron

Conversation analysis for trade

Trade happens in WhatsApp.
Nobody reads all of it.

Asyron reads every message on your company’s WhatsApp numbers, checks each conversation against the signals your business actually cares about, and puts the ones that matter in front of a person — with the messages it based that on, so the decision is reviewable.

The problem, stated plainly

A supervisor can read ten conversations a day

Your sales team runs on WhatsApp because your customers do. That means the commitments, the price exceptions, the complaints and the deals that quietly moved to a personal number all live in chat threads that nobody has time to open.

Spot-checking finds what it happens to land on. It does not find the conversation you would most want to have seen.

Asyron reads all of them, every day

Every message on a connected number is captured as it arrives and grouped into conversation windows. Each window is analysed against your own signal definitions — which are yours to write, per division, not a fixed list we chose.

What comes out is a queue: the conversations a person should look at, ordered, each one carrying the messages that caused it to be raised.

How it works

Four steps, and a person at the end of them

  1. 01

    Connect a number

Scan a QR code once, from the phone that holds the number. Nothing is installed on anyone’s device and the number keeps working exactly as it did.

  2. 02

    Define what matters

Signals are written per division — sales asks different questions of a conversation than collections does. Watchlist terms sit alongside them for the cases where a specific word is the whole test.

  3. 03

    Every conversation is analysed

Conversations are analysed in windows, on a schedule, with no sampling. A window is analysed once and the result is kept, so the same conversation is not re-billed or re-judged.

  4. 04

    A human reviews the findings

Findings land in a review queue with the cited messages attached. A reviewer confirms or dismisses each one, and that decision is recorded against the conversation.

The queue is the product, not the model. A system that raises more than a person can read is a system nobody reads. Every screen is built around the question “what should someone look at next”.

Your data

Chat content is the most sensitive data you have

One deployment per company

Your deployment is your own — its own database, its own application instance, its own sign-in. There is no shared table with another company’s conversations in it and no row-level filter standing between the two.

Message text is encrypted at rest

Message bodies are encrypted in the database rather than stored as readable text, and the keys are versioned so they can be rotated without re-reading history.

Named accounts, and roles

Everyone signs in as themselves — no shared login — and what each person can see and do is set by their role. Removing somebody is removing one account.

Conversations you can exclude

Some contacts should never be analysed. Per-number exclusion lists are part of the product, so “do not read this thread” is a setting rather than a promise.

A demo is a conversation, not a signup form

Asyron is deployed per company, so getting started begins with understanding how your teams are organised and what you would want flagged. Tell us that and we will show you the product against it.
